If you confirmed your ordination but are unable to login and access your minister account - please follow these steps:
1) Add ministers@oministry.com to your list of safe senders and contacts to ensure you receive correspondence properly - if you can add the domain name @oministry.com
2) Reset your password at: https://www.oministry.com/lostpassword - allow up to 2 hours to receive the password reset email and check your junk / spam folder
3) Login to update your password, information and preferences as needed - make sure your date of birth is correct
If you're still unable to login after following the steps above, contact us at: http://support.oministry.com - include your name, email, birth date, ordination date, phone and/or address listed on your old account.
