We stand behind the quality of our ministry products and supplies. If your credentials are found to be defective you may request to have new ones sent to you at no charge.
*Please note we will not accept or reissue new credentials from wear and tear, general use, mishandling, damages in transit, rips, tears, or creases.
Please follow the steps below to return any defective credentials or product for a replacement.
Open Ministry will not issue any refund or reship any credential / product if they are determined to be not defective.

Please follow the steps below to return any defective credentials or product for a replacement.
- Please create a new ticket with the subject "Return Defective Credentials" or RMA.
- Use the RMA number assigned to your case when returning your products.
- Do not return products without an RMA number.
- Mail your defective credentials or products to:
- After your credentials are received please allow 5-10 business days for your credentials or products to be verified.
- If your credentials or products are found defective, we will notify you and new ones will be shipped out to you.
