When can I expect my package to arrive?

For the most current information Login to your Minister Account. Click on "My Account" on the top of page select Orders from the dropdown. Any previous credential request, along with any package tracking information will be displayed.
After your request for credentials has been moved into processing status, please allow 2-3 business day(s) for the fulfillment and handling of your order (this time does not include transit time for shipping).
Our fulfillment staff takes many precautions to make sure that your credentials are sent out in a timely fashion, however each request is custom made and one of a kind.
Due to this customized nature of your credentials; the actual processing and handling time may vary and could take up 5 business days for your request to complete and be shipped.
