I have not received my order.

Upon successfully completing your request for credentials, you will receive an email with the subject "Order Process" this email contains your Order Number and all the details of your request (including shipping and billing information, along with the products you requested).

After your order has been processed and is ready to ship you will be emailed a tracking number (to the email address listed in your minister account) which allows you the ability to track your package after it has left our fulfillment department. You can login to your account and view the previous orders section as well as your tracking number

If your order or request for credentials is not listed in the previous orders section on your account page and you have not received the "Order Process" email, then your request for credentials or order was not successfully placed. You will need to log back into your minister account and complete the checkout process.

If your order is not listed in your previous orders section and you have received the "Order Process" email, please submit a ticket.
